It’s a tale as old as time, Brooke and Cory matched on a popular dating app. After a couple weeks of texting the couple met for the first time shortly after Christmas, where they went for a walk in East Village. The following months were filled with countless hours of Jeopardy, Survivor, playing cards, naming their top 5 of any and every topic imaginable and just getting to know each other. Cory’s apartment became their little Covid bubble.

The next two years the couple spent falling in love. They got their own rental house together. They cherished meeting each others friends and families. They travelled and explored their city. They enjoyed ski trips and nights away with friends. They played some golf.

In the Spring of 2023, in the midst of buying their first home together, Cory finally got down on one knee and proposed. As Brooke had already snooped his pockets, she was truly caught off guard. The couple plans to enjoy the next year settling into their new home, sneaking away for mini adventures and planning their next chapter together.
